By using CreatorXBrand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

CreatorXBrand is a discovery and communication platform. We facilitate connections between brands and creators but are not a party to any agreements or contracts made between them.

3. Creator Verification

We manually verify creator profiles for authenticity. However, we do not guarantee specific results from any collaboration. Brands should conduct their own due diligence.

4. Communication Policy

All initial communication between brands and creators must go through our platform. Direct contact information is not shared until both parties consent. The platform team is CC'd on all inquiries for quality assurance.

5. Content & Conduct

Users must not submit false information, engage in harassment, or misuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Pricing Information

Pricing displayed on creator profiles is indicative. Final pricing is determined between the creator and brand during the inquiry process.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatorXBrand is not liable for the outcomes of brand-creator collaborations or any disputes arising from such collaborations.
